Must pickup butts and dispose of responsibly. - Any noise complaints can result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. - Any damages noted after checkout may be subject to a replacement/repair fee. - Max 8 registered guests RESERVATION CHANGES: Date changes within 5 days of checkin or during stay will not be accepted and the cancellation policy will be in effect. Exceptions include extending current stays. PET: No pets allowed! GUEST VERIFICATION PORTAL: By completing the reservation you agree to the following: You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile A security deposit of $750 (see below) will be required You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $750 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 3 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file. Monthly cancellation policy for stays 28 days or longer: * To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in * Any cancellation after that, there will be no refund IMPORTANT NOTE: The information is collected for screening and verification ONLY and is not stored or used for any other purposes. BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE : Smoking / vaping in the home = $300 Unapproved pets= $300 Late checkout = $100 Additional cleaning = $50/hr Unapproved parties = $500 Lost garage opener= $100 Lost condo fobs/visitor passes (if applicable) = $150 Hot tub refill/cleaning fee (if applicable) = $250 **Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
