The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.
