SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit of $750 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file. I never had to do this with other airbnb listings, why do I need to complete this verification process ?
