Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file. BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE : * Smoking / vaping in the home = $300 * Unapproved pets= $300 * Late checkout = $100 * Additional cleaning = $50/hr * Unapproved parties = $500 * Lost garage opener= $100 **Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
