You will have full access to the entire garage suite. Some things to note : - Street parking only - There is no access to the yard as this is designated to the main house. However there are many trails, parks & walking paths nearby. - There is an outdoor camera - We take great pride in this suite. Booking means you understand and accept the conditions of staying in this home Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address. Please be advised that all guests . By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile - A security deposit of $500 (see below) will be required - You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file. I never had to do this with other airbnb listings, why do I need to complete this verification process ? With the rise in fraudulent bookings, stolen identifications, and credit card fraud we have had to implement these extra measures to screen out and validate all guests similar to that of any hotel to ensure we can screen out fraudulent activity. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
