This 2 story character home built in 1912 offers : - Open concept main floor - Fully stocked kitchen - Drip coffee machine, kettle - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom - 1 queen, 1 double with an extra slide out single bed (sleeps 5 total) - High speed internet - Fully fenced backyard - pet friendly ( one time $75 fee of up to max 2 dogs) - 5 minute walk to the Little Brick Cafe & Dogpatch Bistro Pub - 2 mins walk to the Rivervalley trails along the North Saskatchewan River.

We're happy to host you but please note the following : - This is a home built in 1912. Some parts of the home has been renovated in recent years yet alot of it's original charm remains. - This home is recommend for guests who appreciate the history of an older property in an excellent location. - Parts of the floor are uneven or slanting. - The steps to get to the front of the home are steep & narrow. - There is the option to park at the back of the home. There are still some stairs but not as steep as the front. - Not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.
