Only birch firewood is to be burned in the fireplace . Additional firewood is available on site 10$/ bundle 2ND FLOOR - Master bedroom with 2 queen beds. (Medium-soft & medium firm beds ) ensuite bathroom & wood burning fireplace - 2 additional bedrooms each with medium firm queen beds - Terrace with loungers (seasonal) OUTDOOR : - Hot tub - Covered deck with large table & lounge set - BBQ - Fenced yard - 2 fire pits-outdoors and in Tipi Please burn wood responsibly and check for local fire bans.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property—including the tipi, both decks, and the backyard. This is an insurance requirement and violation of this rule is immediate eviction. For your convenience, a gated front courtyard is provided as the designated smoking/vaping area. • This is a pet free listing ( this includes service animals in accordance with Airbnb’s exemption policy) IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Please Read Before Booking By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this listing and that: • You will be required to sign a rental agreement governing the terms of your stay. • You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. • You will provide a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on your booking profile. • A $500 security deposit hold (see below) will be applied. • Check-in instructions will be provided once verification is successfully completed through our secure portal. ⸻ Security Deposit A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is not a charge. The hold is automatically released within 7 days of your departure if no damage or rule violations are reported. If damages or violations occur, your card will be charged accordingly. CITYBNB reserves the right to charge up to $2,500 if the deposit does not cover the cost of damages. ⸻ Why is verification required?
