Must pickup butts and dispose of responsibly. - Any noise complaints can result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. - Any damages noted after checkout may be subject to a replacement/repair fee. - Max 6 registered guests RESERVATION CHANGES: Date changes within 5 days of checkin or during stay will not be accepted and the cancellation policy will be in effect. Exceptions include extending current stays. PET RULES: All dogs must be registered and submitted for approval. A one time pet fee of $75 will be charged and a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. - Damages or mess left behind due your pet will be subject to a chargeback to the guest for the damages plus a $100 clean up fee GUEST VERIFICATION PORTAL: By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile - A security deposit of $500 (see below) will be required - You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 3 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file. We will be available until 10PM, there is no after hours service. For safety and security reasons please ensure you are checked in by this time. -Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Access to the entire main floor & 2nd floor. Backyard is a shared space. Things our guests love about our listing : - Great location, on a quiet street. Just a few blocks from Whyte Ave & the River Valley - Pet friendly with fenced backyard - Seating with an umbrella in the backyard. Other things to note : - There's only street parking for now. But there's usually no issues finding a spot. - It has been renovated but it's still an old house, so it has it's quirks. - The backyard is a work in progress. We are working to improve the aesthetics of the yard & create more parking out back.
