Access to the entire main floor & 2nd floor. Backyard is a shared space. Things our guests love about our listing : - Great location, on a quiet street. Just a few blocks from Whyte Ave & the River Valley - Pet friendly with fenced backyard - Seating with an umbrella in the backyard. Other things to note : - There's only street parking for now. But there's usually no issues finding a spot. - It has been renovated but it's still an old house, so it has it's quirks. - The backyard is a work in progress. We are working to improve the aesthetics of the yard & create more parking out back.
